👉The first football coaching conference “Future Coaching: From Grassroots to Senior Level” was held
The conference “Future Coaching: From Grassroots to Senior Level”, organized by the Cyprus Football Coaches Association and the Science of Sports, was completed with absolute success and unprecedented participation on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Lefkara Municipal Conference Center.
The conference was a reference point for Cypriot football, as it was the first time that such a specialized and comprehensive conference dedicated exclusively to the education, training and development of football coaches was held in Cyprus.
The response from the football world exceeded all expectations, with the conference center being overwhelmed by coaches, technical directors, trainers, sports science professionals, students and football people, who attended the presentations and statements of the speakers with great interest.
The participants had the opportunity to attend high-level presentations by leading professionals from Cyprus and abroad, who shared valuable knowledge, experiences and modern approaches regarding coaching, football player development, sports science and the demands of modern football.
The organizers, the Cyprus Football Coaches Association and the Science of Sports, through excellent cooperation and a common vision, managed to implement a unique conference for Cypriot conditions, offering football people an educational experience of the highest level.
The success of the event confirmed the need for continuous education, knowledge exchange and professional development in the field of football, while at the same time highlighting the willingness of people in the sport to invest in knowledge and development.
