1. General
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to payments made through the CFCA Cyprus website, including membership fees, event registrations, training programmes, and other services offered by CFCA Cyprus.
2. Membership Fees
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once membership has been approved and activated. Requests for exceptional consideration may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Event Registrations
Cancellation by Participant
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund less any administrative fees.
- Between 14 and 30 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days before the event: No refund.
A substitute participant may be accepted upon written request.
Cancellation by CFCA Cyprus
If an event is cancelled by CFCA Cyprus, participants will receive either:
- A full refund; or
- The option to transfer registration to a future event.
CFCA Cyprus shall not be liable for travel, accommodation, or other indirect expenses incurred.
4. Training Programmes and Workshops
Refund eligibility for training programmes may be specified separately at the time of registration.
Where no separate terms are provided:
- Cancellation within 14 days of payment and before programme commencement: Full refund.
- After programme commencement: No refund.
5. Donations
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable except where an administrative error has occurred.
6. Payment Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction date. Verified errors will be refunded promptly.
7. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing may take between 7 and 21 business days depending on banking providers.
